Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for their facility.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize operational downtime Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings Install, move, and adjust motors, pumps, conveyors, and other production equipment Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and preventive maintenance records Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations while performing maintenance tasks Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance work areas in a clean and organized manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 3 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial electrical components, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs independently Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
