Industrial Maintenance Technician - Weekends 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 924 North Park View Circle, Mosinee, WI 54455 Full-time AROW Global Corporation 50 reviews Full-time Weekend Shift - Industrial Maintenance Technician Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including preventative maintenance tasks. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and control systems. Conduct equipment inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Document all repairs, maintenance, and inspections in a detailed and timely manner. Collaborate with production staff and other technicians to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred or experience in the trades. 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. (preferred) Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience with PLCs, control systems, and automated machinery. Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. General computer (Microsoft) and Apple iPad knowledge preferred Knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management software is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and work in various positions for extended periods. Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and around heavy machinery.
