S_176681 Property maintenance technician for a multi-family property located in Nashotah across from Lake Okauchee. Maintain the physical assets of the property. Complete repairs, improvements, turnovers and pool maintenance. Work for a company that values their employees.
Responsibilities:
Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition. Maintains open communication with property management. Handles all maintenance requests to make repairs and improvements to the apartments and the property. Coordinate and discuss plans with the Property Manager to maximize performance, providing timelines for completion of quick turns. Perform routine inspections of property to check for maintenance problems.

7:00 AM - 4:30
PM Skills:
Experience working as a property maintenance technician on multi-families.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to troubleshoot appliances. Light Carpentry and plumbing experience.
