Proven experience as a Garage Door Technician. Minimum 2 years experience. Strong technical skills in garage door installation, repair, and maintenance. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to various jobs throughout the day. Professional carpentry or remodeling skills. The desire to learn new techniques and skills.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Expert Garage Door Installer to join our dynamic team. As an Expert Garage Door Installer, you will play a key role in the sales and service of residential custom garage doors. Your responsibilities will include traveling to various service calls, interacting with customers, and providing top-notch service!
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential custom garage doors. Identify and diagnose issues with customers garage doors and related systems. Propose products and services based on customer needs. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns. Travel to different service calls within our designated service areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations. Be excellent! Provide the best customer experience possible!
