Full Job Description Summary:
The primary goal of the Maintenance Technician is to make sure that the interior and exterior of the building and everything related is up to operational standard from a maintenance perspective. If specific duties cannot be accomplished, it is the responsibility of this person to communicate with Contractors and see through any projects that may need to be contracted out. Supervisory experience is preferred. Duties Include but
Not Limited To:
- Managing daily responsibilities to include daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checks.
- Initiative is mandatory and ability to identify and perform duties in a timely manner for preventative maintenance of exterior and interior.
- Inspect and maintain all existing locations for plumbing, electrical, safety systems, mechanical failures, or breakdowns.
- Test performance and perform preventative maintenance of attraction equipment.
- Perform drywall patching, basic carpenter functions, painting, etc.
- Install hardware, fixtures, decor, furniture, etc.
- All handyman type repairs.
- Be present for all fire licenses, walkthroughs, and inspections.
- Installation of attractions and arcade games.
- Repair attractions and arcade games.
- Organization of storage facilities.
- All other projects required/assigned by company Managers.
- Other responsibilities delegated by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Has a minimum of one year maintenance experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Team Player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to stay on task and complete all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and amusement attractions and arcades is a plus.
- Proven ability to self-direct and work independently.
- Must have the ability to work with materials such as; metals, woods, plastics, drywall and concrete.
- Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, customer service and efficiency.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision and have outstanding problem solving/ conflict resolution skills.
- Detail oriented.
Education:
Minimum Education:
o High school or equivalent.

o Bachelors and/ or License/ Certification in a Maintenance Field.
