PrideNow, the light industrial staffing division of Pride Global, is hiring on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company in Oak Creek, WI. We're seeking Maintenance Technicians to join a brand-new, high-speed production facility focused on baked goods packaging. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, automated environment.

What You'll Be Doing :

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery, production lines, and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Utilize PLC interfaces and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve automation issues Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Support equipment changeovers and line setups during production transitions Document all maintenance activities using CMMS systems Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency Follow all OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards

What We're Looking For :

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications a plus 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, AC/DC systems, and PLC troubleshooting Familiarity with food industry compliance standards (GMPs, sanitation, AIB) Ability to work safely with minimal supervision in a high-speed environment Comfortable working with CMMS and basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook) Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
