Pre-Assembly & Maintenance Technician

Engine Power, Inc. is hiring a hands-on Pre-Assembly & Maintenance Technician . If you like working with your hands, working with tools, fixing things, keeping things in order, and taking ownership of your space, this first-shift job (Monday-Friday) could be a great fit! What You'll Do Take ownership of our pre-assembly area and facility upkeep — be the go-to person Build and prep components that support final engine assembly Perform light facility maintenance (including snow removal, basic upkeep, organization) Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools (torque wrenches, calipers) Read basic work instructions and drawings Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized Help with material staging and basic equipment upkeep Help improve processes and keep things efficient What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools Someone who enjoys maintenance, organization, and hands-on work Self-starter who likes to take ownership and do things right Ability to work independently and with a team 1+ year of assembly, maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet High school diploma or GED Willing to supply basic tools after 60 days (list provided) Why This Role Not a high-speed line job — focus on quality and problem-solving Variety in your day First shift, Monday-Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm Clean, safe work environment On-the-job training Growth opportunities, Bonus pay Generous benefits This role is a mix of pre-assembly and facility maintenance — ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and doing quality work.
