Custom Door Solutions Specialist/Detailer Reports To:

President and Vice President Position Summary:

A Door Detailer works closely with distributors and representatives nationwide to gather the dimensions and specifications needed to assemble and deliver custom Fiberglass Doors and Frames. This position provides excellent customer service to meet client needs and requires focus with high attention to detail. We are a dog friendly office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process and review all information to Generate accurate Quotes
• Create Production Papers and accurately navigate Production materials
• Follow project Guidelines and Specifications
• Communicate accurately with customers and all other affected departments
• Maintain a Professional work environment; develop strong customer Relationships
• Resolve customer discrepancies in a timely manner
• Provide Customers with a Reliable high-end Product
• Performing other tasks as needed or assigned

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• 2 years manufacturing knowledge preferred
• Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Estimator Experience preferred
• Will provide training as needed to

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
