Responsibilities Guest room work orders Minor repairs and maintenance throughout the public areas Preventive maintenance of the mechanical systems Maintain the curb appeal of the property Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing/minor electrical Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (HVAC / kitchen / water / electrical) Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarms / smoke and CO detectors) Maintain the pool and spa area Report to a facilities or maintenance manager and General Manager for issues These positions are not Entry-Level! Experienced Hotel Maintenance required. Skills Experienced with hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity Hotel experience (required) Management experience (required) State Pool Testing Certification (if you don't have it - we will pay for the training) Benefits 1.
