Job Duties Responsible for providing mechanical support for the building and equipment Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs on equipment and buildings Perform pest control tasks as needed. Regularly clean and maintain interior and exterior areas including floors, walls, windows, building exteriors, boats, and shore stations. Perform landscaping work including brush cutting, picking up sticks, watering plants/trees, weed whacking, mowing, and planting trees Complete minor repairs such as fixing leaks and replacing light bulbs. Proactively identify and address safety concerns and report large repairs needs. Support and oversee day-to-day progress of contracted projects on the property Perform snow and ice removal during winter months Clean gutters and maintain drainage areas Perform painting and general upkeep tasks Maintaining irrigation systems Monitor property security, including checking buildings, ensuring areas are secured, and verifying overall property condition when owners are away Perform general labor tasks as needed Support basic motor maintenance for boats and vehicles Requirements Speaking English fluently. Reads and writes in English Basic computer knowledge High school, GED or equivalent. Technical college degree preferred Experience in maintenance - Minimum of 5 years' experience Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. Ability to setup and operate shop equipment and portable power tools. Experience with operating heavy machinery such as lawn mowers, BobCats, trailers. Experience overseeing projects. Communication skills, giving project updates Plumbing and piping skills. Ability to read prints and schematics, both electrical and mechanical.
