Job Description

Maintenance Technician / Remodel Assistant Pinnacle Repair & Remodeling is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician / Remodel Assistant to help with repairs and renovations in apartments, residential homes, and commercial properties throughout the area. Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Occasional overtime, on-call responsibilities, and weekend work may be required based on workload or emergencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in some of the following areas: Basic plumbing repairs Basic HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Drywall repair and finishing Door installation and adjustment Light electrical work including outlets, switches, and fixtures General maintenance and remodeling tasks

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record Previous maintenance, remodeling, construction, or related experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day This position assists with apartment turnovers, tenant maintenance requests, homeowner repairs, and remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, communicates well, and is willing to learn and grow with the company.
