Job Description

Job Summary As a Maintenance Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your expertise will be essential in performing maintenance tasks that keep our environment safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll work with a dynamic team to tackle various challenges, from electrical repairs to mechanical troubleshooting, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents and staff. What you'll do Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Utilize programmable logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct welding tasks as needed for structural repairs and enhancements. Interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. Oversee residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards across properties. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for optimal workflow. Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Proficient in electrical systems with the ability to use an ohmmeter for diagnostics. Excellent command of English for effective communication with team members and residents. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous. Proven supervisory experience that demonstrates leadership capabilities.
