Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be vital in minimizing downtime and enhancing operational performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, and electrical systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and hydraulic parts to restore equipment functionality promptly. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and manage inventory. Conduct calibration and precision measurements using instruments like ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring tools to ensure machinery operates within specifications. Collaborate with production teams and field service personnel to coordinate repairs and minimize production disruptions. Adhere to safety protocols related to high voltage systems, low voltage electrical work, welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, and working at heights using scissor lifts or other equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance procedures, schematics interpretations, and analysis reports for continuous process improvement. Qualifications Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and CMMS software. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding (including <

> welding), and precision measuring instruments. Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely and efficiently. Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues quickly and accurately. Industrial electrician experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer service interactions. Military background or experience in industrial maintenance roles is a plus due to discipline and technical training.
