Machine Maintenance Technician Job Description The role involves performing maintenance on CNC machines and shakers. Primarily based at one location, but occasional travel to another site nearby is required. The position focuses on mechanical work with some electrical aspects and wiring, operating independently and managing preventive maintenance programs. Responsibilities Perform maintenance on CNC machines and shakers. Travel between two sites as needed (approximately 7 minutes apart). Work independently and manage time effectively. Conduct preventive maintenance programs. Handle mechanical and electrical aspects including wiring. Execute repairs and adjustments on machines. Perform facilities maintenance as required. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in CNC maintenance. 3+ years of experience with preventive maintenance programs. 2+ years of machine maintenance experience. 2+ years of electrical maintenance experience. Proficiency in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong mechanical repair and maintenance skills. Experience with lathe and mill operations. Ability to work independently and make machine adjustments. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facilities are older, with 24 employees at one location and 15 at the other. The main site is a machine shop, while the secondary site focuses on warehouse storage. The environment requires maintenance of a shaker machine and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr. Benefits can be provide upon request Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Racine,WI.
