  • 40/hr ($5,000 sign on bonus)
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment. Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on molding and related equipment following daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules. Set up and prepare machinery for production runs as needed. Perform routine calibration and adjustments on molding and auxiliary equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance issues or emergency repair requests during production hours. Accurately document all maintenance work and completed repairs. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to identify maintenance needs. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Support troubleshooting and repair of auxiliary systems as required. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or completion of a technical program in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience (3-5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair principles. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical diagrams. Basic understanding of PLCs, ladder logic, and control systems. #LP
