Job Description

The Commerce Hotel River Falls is seeking a reliable Maintenance Personnel , shifts and hours vary with minimum of 32 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains hotel by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand and / or power tools. Replaces air-conditioner filters. Test, monitor, and adjust pool chlorine levels to ensure safety for our patrons. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. May tend to furnaces, air-conditioners, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests. Maintain hotel grounds including landscaping, etc. Ensures proper cleaning of all equipment / tools after work is completed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma and two years experience as a maintenance worker and/or training or equivalent combination of experience and education. CPO certification. Pool heaters/boilers and mechanical experience preferred. Apply online or in person at 1525
