Maintenance Technician

Job description: This role is responsible for helping residents of Blue Frog property management solve day-to-day maintenance issues in the Sheboygen, West Bend, Manitowoc and Two Rivers area.

Tasks include:

Completion of work orders General maintenance and repair of residences Light plumbing Property inspections Turn vacant units being converted to rent ready units with the appropriate attention to detail Grounds maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance situations Other as assigned We are looking for someone who is a team player and dedicated to helping us to continue to grow while providing top notch service to our owners and residents.

Requirements:

Previous property maintenance experience Must be willing to travel in Sheboygan, West Bend Manitowoc and Two Rivers. company vehicle will be provided during working hours after probationary period. Light knowledge of electrical, appliance repair, carpentry and HVAC a plus Must be willing to be on call periodically Ability to lift 50+ LBS Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within budget Results oriented Team player willing to go the extra mile to help residents and/or Blue Frog It is expected that you will be able to manage your time in a way that allows for 40 hours per week of billable time About working with
