Job Description

Maintenance Technician - Shullsburg, WI We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client in Shullsburg, WI on a Furst-to-Hire basis. This is a 2nd shift position. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining all plant equipment, buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will have prior PLC troubleshooting skills.
Hours:
2pm to 10pm, +
OT Pay:
$23.80 to $33.80/hour,
DOE Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Provide emergency, unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service Troubleshoot as needed using the following skills: mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, welding, steam, water piping, pneumatic and hydraulic Maintain facility building and outside property Maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility Ensure sanitation, safety, GMPs and quality policies and procedures are followed
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Two-year vocational technical degree in field of industrial maintenance preferred Minimum high school diploma or equivalent skill by experience Ability to deal with a variety of problems, utilizing reasoning and experience Ability to read, interpret and understand written and oral directions Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Possess strong verbal communication skills Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends Please apply here, or if you have already registered with FurstStaffing, call Janis at 608-745-7100. #FSSTDAR
