Electro-Mechanical Technician

Cardinal IG in Spring Green, WI is currently hiring for Weekend Shift & 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technicians

This position will maintain, trouble-shoot, and perform maintenance on all plant equipment in a highly automated manufacturing facility. REQUIREMENTS

Repair/replace defective equipment/parts on a scheduled or emergency basis. Troubleshoot/repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems. Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making independently and in a team environment. Ensure operation of machinery and electrical/mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Goal oriented, self-motivated & model values in behavior. Have a positive attitude and committed to continuous improvement and success of the organization. Communicate effectively with managers & other maintenance associates on tasks performed. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. 2-year Associate Degree preferred or 2 - 5 years of experience with the above job requirements

Shift Requirements:

Weekend Shift:

4 AM to 4

PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday Third Shift:

10 PM to 6 AM (5 days) or 8 PM to 6 AM (4 days) Come join or team and work in a Climate Controlled Environment.
