WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This job requires many responsibilities related to general facility maintenance including: CNC machines material handling forklift operation welding equipment blasting cabinets deburring equipment painting equipment It also includes the following as needed: cleaning offices bathrooms cubical space general cleanliness of our warehouse Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. Inspect facilities for safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulations. Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC/R, and hydraulic systems as needed. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations. Respond to maintenance requests from staff promptly. Requirements Technical degree in facility maintenance or related field. Five year work history in facility maintenance. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and electrical work is essential. Ability to operate scissor lifts and other maintenance equipment safely. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The ability to follow through and complete directives from upper management.
