00/hr DOE Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM 4-Day Work Week Looking for a company where your maintenance skills are valued and your weekends are always 3 days long? We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain manufacturing equipment Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility systems Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and conveyor systems Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime Assist with facility upkeep and repairs throughout the plant Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals Help improve equipment performance and recommend upgrades Complete maintenance records and PM documentation Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities Coordinate with outside contractors when needed Source and order replacement parts and supplies What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Experience with PLCs, welding, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, or machining is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various plant conditions High School Diploma or GED required Trade school training or maintenance certifications preferred Why People Like This Role ✔ 3-day weekends every week ✔ Competitive pay based on experience ✔ Stable manufacturing environment ✔ Variety of hands-on maintenance work ✔ Opportunity to grow your technical skills ✔ Team-focused environment with long-term opportunity If you have industrial maintenance experience and enjoy keeping equipment running at a high level, we'd love to talk with you.
