Job Description
Position Summary The Kolbe ServicePro Window & Door Installation Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality installation, repair, and service of Kolbe window and door products, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The Window & Door Installation Specialist works Monday through Friday; weekend work will not be required. Essential Job Functions Perform high-quality installation, replacement, repair, and service of Kolbe windows and doors, including specialized products in residential and light commercial settings. Provide in-home inspections of existing windows and doors and generate service or replacement product solutions including detailed measurements. Collaborate with the ServicePro Coordinator and Manager to plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for each job. Accurately document service and installation work by completing required paperwork and reports. Deliver superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working conditions. Complete all work efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner while meeting ServicePro quality standards. No weekend work Qualifications & Requirements Ability to meet physical requirements of the role including lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds and climbing ladders. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Ability to work in a team-based environment Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be bondable. Maintain appropriate appearance and adherence to company dress code. Background in construction, framing, and/or finish carpentry preferred. Basic computer skills required (documentation, photos, communication). Willingness to travel overnight on occasion as job requirements dictate. Prior window and door installation or service experience is a plus.
