Summary:
Maintain and repair mechanical systems and facility infrastructure to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Key Duties:
Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Complete work orders efficiently Perform building maintenance and minor construction Support event setup and on-call needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma + technical training, preferred 3+ years in maintenance, construction, or plant operations, preferred Mechanical, electrical, and HVAC skills, preferred Valid WI driver's license
