Job Description

What You'll Do Perform repairs and replace defective parts on equipment using hand and power tools Complete preventive maintenance to ensure building systems and medical equipment operate safely and efficiently Manage and respond to work orders, including lighting, plumbing, and general repairs Maintain building water systems such as softeners, Somat systems (HCC kitchen), and well pressure tanks Set up, test, and repair equipment including special tubs, hospital beds, and wheelchairs Help maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors Perform other duties as assigned β
