• Install and set up production machinery.
• Perform preventive & predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues using condition monitoring & diagnostic tools.
• Repair components: bearings, belts, pumps, valves, sensors, PLC-controlled equipment.
• Support machine changeovers, setups & performance improvements.
• Minimize downtime through quick, accurate repairs.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience or 2-year technical degree.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with power transmission, industrial controls, hydraulics/pneumatics, basic PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving skills & mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and use of hands.

• Lift:

  10 lbs. regularly, 30 lbs. frequently, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
