This is a night shift Maintenance Technician Opportunity on a 2-2-3 schedule.
MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPEREINCE.
Looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience along with good tenure in recent positions. What You Can Expect Competitive health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan with an exceptional company match Paid vacation and holidays Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance Tuition reimbursement and education assistance Child and dependent care benefits Recognition programs and opportunities for advancement A supportive culture that values work-life balance and career development Key Responsibilities Equipment Installation and Preventive Maintenance Set up and install high-performance production equipment, including blow molding, injection molding, and packaging systems Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency Make minor adjustments and enhancements to optimize equipment for specific production needs Predictive Maintenance Use diagnostic tools and condition monitoring techniques to detect and prevent potential equipment issues Interpret performance data to plan and implement predictive maintenance strategies Apply technical expertise to keep equipment in top condition and minimize downtime Troubleshooting and Repair Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions using systematic problem-solving Work independently or with technical support to perform complex repairs Restore machinery to full operational status with minimal disruption to production Facility Maintenance Support general maintenance efforts across the facility Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations This role is ideal for a hands-on technician or maintenance professional with a strong mechanical or electrical background, and a passion for proactive problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Job Type:
