Water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. Grounds Technician Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Grounds Technician. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the outside resort grounds. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. Trimming grass, trees, shrubs, removal, and planting of all types of plants. Snow removal and maintain and perform minor repairs to grounds maintenance equipment. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license to drive company vehicles Trade school and/or related field certificates are helpful but not required. A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
