Maintenance Technician (Rapids Area)

LS Industries employs and supports staff for small businesses throughout the Central Wisconsin area . We are currently hiring on behalf of ABC Rental Management for a Maintenance Technician in the Wisconsin Rapids area to join our growing rental management team. We are looking for 2 years of experience in the apartment maintenance field or a willingness to put in the extra effort to learn. This position would perform a wide range of maintenance/repair work, such as painting, flooring, replacing locks, appliance work, unit turns, day to day maintenance and more. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. You must have a valid driver's license; have a reliable vehicle; have a smart phone; be able to meet deadlines; have good problem solving skills; have the ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents. Wage based on experience and will increase, based on your reliability, work ethic, attitude, and abilities. Details Wage Expectation:
