Maintenance Mechanic Technician

Industry leading flexible packaging company seeking an experienced industrial mechanic to join our maintenance staff. In this role, you would primarily be responsible for repairing industrial equipment, such as, extruders, rewinders, printing presses, bag machines, chillers, air compressors, stretch wrappers, etc. Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills, qualifications, and abilities: Journeyman Millwright / Maintenance Mechanic or associate degree in electro-mechanical technology or related field. Experience troubleshooting/repairing industrial equipment. Experience with machining, welding, fabricating. Understand and apply knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Experience with various types of pumps, bearings, gearboxes, cylinders, alignment techniques, etc. Experience with web handling equipment. Good communication skills. Ability to be professional and work well with others. Positive attitude. Able to work a 12-hour 4 days on 4 days off shift, 6 am - 6 pm.
