QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Complete and pass WV required classification tests for General Maintenance Certification A Valid Driver's License to Operate a Vehicle in

West Virginia Knowledge of :

(a) Carpentry (b) Roofing (c) Electrical Work (d) Masonry (e) Basic Computer Skills (f) Mowing, Trimming, and General Lawn Care of School Grounds (g) General Care for School Buildings and Facilities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to perform tasks requiring strength to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to perform tasks that require flexibility to bend, stretch, twist or reach with body, arms and/or legs. Must be able to climb steps and ladders up to designated areas to perform job assignments.

Building Maintenance/Groundskeeper (per job description) Perform duties efficiently and productively Daily duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Maintenance or Maintenance Director Preventive Equipment Maintenance Computer data entry on web-based School Dude Solution Site Daily computer entry on the Google Shared Maintenance Request and Completion Form Inventory Control Other Duties as assigned

SUPERVISOR

Maintenance Director and Maintenance Supervisor SALARY:

Based on Wirt County Salary Scale C job classification and years of service.
