Maintenance & Utility Associate

We're in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a maintenance and utility person. You'll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional maintenance duties as needed. Compensation:

$12 hourly, more with experience

Responsibilities:

Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily

Qualifications:

Excellent stamina and physical health Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job Must have a U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment About Company We're more than just a hotel—we're a people-first company driven by purpose.
