General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform general facility repairs including: carpentry, plumbing, painting, and fixture repair. Troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical systems. Complete preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate service and maintenance reports. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain professional standards while working in secure, high-visibility facilities.

Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional attitude and dependable work ethic. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. of equipment/materials as needed. Background, drug and driving check required. Clean driving history.
