Job Description

Maintenance Technician Belmont Properties is currently searching for Maintenance Technicians to ensure our affordable housing communities are safe, functional, and ready for new residents. Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. Bi-weekly pay:
$20-$24/hour , bonuses and on-call stipend Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Free Life Insurance Quarterly bonuses based on performance Tool allowance Training and development opportunities
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM On-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in general maintenance or building repairs Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
EPA HVAC
Certification, OSHA- 10/30, or trade licenses Experience with RentCafe or other digital work order systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Our Maintenance Technicians will: Respond to work orders and resident repair requests Turn vacant units quickly and with high quality Handle general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing and electrical Complete schedule preventive maintenance tasks Keep accurate logs using mobile tools like Yardi Breeze Premier Be part of a team that values your work and supports your growth!
