Maintenance Staff

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance Perform electrical repairs, troubleshoot issues using schematics, and utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose problems accurately Carry out welding tasks and mechanical repairs, including the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as plumbing repairs, HVAC servicing, and residential painting projects when needed Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and asset history Supervise or assist with small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed efficiently Respond promptly to facility issues or emergencies, coordinating with relevant teams or contractors as necessary to resolve problems swiftly Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively Mechanical knowledge covering various equipment types, tools, and repair techniques Proficiency in welding techniques for metal fabrication and repairs Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in automation or manufacturing environments Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices across residential or commercial settings Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals accurately Supervising experience in maintenance or facilities roles, demonstrating leadership capabilities Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in diverse settings Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking Competence in using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments Fluency in English for clear communication across all levels of operations Join us as part of our dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
