Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
