Description Parkplace Residential is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail , and understands that great customer service is just as important as technical ability . Our maintenance team plays a key role in creating communities where residents feel comfortable, cared for, and proud to live. Responsibilities Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and basic carpentry Assist with apartment turns and unit inspections Maintain common areas, amenities, and building systems Identify potential maintenance issues before they become larger problems Communicate clearly with residents and management regarding service requests Maintain organized tools, materials, and workspaces Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, or apartment maintenance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair is a plus Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a professional property management company Supportive team environment At Parkplace Residential , we believe great communities are built by people who care about the details.
