We're growing our maintenance team and looking for an experienced technician who can help keep our production floor — four independent melting furnaces, automated molding lines, CNC machining centers, and more — running at full capacity.

Operating out of an 85,000 sq. ft. facility with a team of over 50 skilled artisans, Excal serves demanding industries including valves, pumps, irrigation, marine, metering, and mining — producing castings from 1 to 1,000 lbs. 2015 certified and a proud member of the Foundrion Group.We're growing our maintenance team and looking for an experienced technician who can help keep our production floor — four independent melting furnaces, automated molding lines, CNC machining centers, and more — running at full capacity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting and repair— diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic issues on equipment including: Induction furnaces Molding and core-making machines Conveyors, shot blasters, ovens, and sand systems Pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems PLCs and automated control systemsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
— comfortable using multimeters and working with industrial controls Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand/power tools, welding, and fabrication Physical ability to work in hot, dusty, and noisy environments; able to lift heavy components , especially during active production runs Foundry experience preferred — and will be reflected in your compensationCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation negotiable depending on experience Commensurate with experience- $100-$120/week attendance bonus Benefits include: 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental & vision Paid vacation
