Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Hospitality, resort, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience is highly preferred. This position works closely with the Facilities Engineer to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to guests and team members. Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on buildings, equipment, and property infrastructure. Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Complete preventative maintenance inspections and document findings. Maintain pools, spas, and related equipment, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment upkeep. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs. Accurately document repairs, inspections, and completed work orders. Assist with seasonal projects, landscaping support, winterization, and property improvement initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure quality work and timely completion. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general building systems. Experience maintaining pools and spa equipment is a plus. Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls and participate in an on-call rotation. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation (4WD/AWD preferred). Must possess basic hand and power tools. Why Join Us? Stable, year-round position with a growing team. ONOPS Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
