Job Description

Job Overview:
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician at Days Inn, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas. Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building infrastructure.
Troubleshooting:
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. Manage emergency repairs and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities. Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and hotel policies, identifying and reporting potential hazards. Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance needs and support hotel operations. Assist with setup and breakdown for events as required.
Experience:
