Maintenance Mechanic - Working Throughout Wyoming

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Road Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy equipment for our asphalt paving crew. This is a field-based position working on job sites across Wyoming, with shop work during the off-season . The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain asphalt paving & hot plant equipment Diagnose diesel, hydraulic, and electrical issues Service trucks, loaders, rollers, and pavers Perform preventative maintenance & field repairs

Requirements:

2+ years mechanical experience (heavy equipment preferred) Experience with diesel engines & hydraulics Valid driver's license ( CDL a plus ) Willing to travel statewide & work seasonal hours Must pass pre-employment drug test
