Field Technician

Position Summary We are seeking Electronic Security Field Technicians I, II, and III to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage security systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with strong work ethic and mechanical/electrical aptitude. Responsibilities Install and service CCTV camera systems Install and troubleshoot access control systems Install and service intrusion/alarm systems Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics Configure and test system functionality Complete service documentation and communicate professionally with customers Maintain safe and organized job sites Work independently or as part of a team depending on experience level QualificationsTechnician I Entry-level or limited industry experience Basic hand tools and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Mechanical aptitude preferred Technician II 2+ years of electronic security or low-voltage experience Experience with CCTV, access control, or intrusion systems Ability to work independently on service calls and installations Knowledge of cable terminations and troubleshooting Technician III 5+ years of industry experience Strong troubleshooting and leadership abilities Experience leading projects and mentoring junior technicians Advanced knowledge of commercial security systems Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications preferred (Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Axis, Bosch, Honeywell, etc.) State low-voltage/security licensing preferred OSHA, lift certification, or manufacturer certifications are a plus Clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (based on role) Career advancement Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities Apply Today If you're looking for a long-term opportunity in the electronic security industry with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you.
