Safety Spotter

Project Overview:

Mav Technologies is hiring two Safety Spotters to support our lead technicians during a 9-week retail remodel. Your primary role is to ensure safety and efficiency during overhead cabling and device installation.

Compensation & Schedule:

Rate:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE).

Terms:

1099 Independent Contractor.

Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours/week. Night shift.

Pay Frequency:

Weekly.

Duration:

~9 weeks (Project-based).

Key Responsibilities:

Safety First:

Acting as a dedicated spotter for technicians working on lifts or high ladders.

Cable Support:

Assisting with cable pulls through conduit and over-ceiling grids.

Site Logistics:

Unboxing hardware, organizing inventory, and maintaining a debris-free work area.

Tool Management:

Ensuring leads have the necessary tools ready to minimize "down-time".

Requirements:

Physical Ability:

Must be comfortable standing for long periods and assisting with ladder safety.

Reliability:

Punctuality is non-negotiable for this 9-week project.

Communication:

Clear, alert communication skills to maintain site safety.

Transport:

Reliable transportation to the project site in Maricopa.

Pay:
