- What You'll Be Doing
- This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same.
You'll play a key role in installing and supporting the systems that keep facilities connected, secure, and running efficiently. + Install and support low voltage systems across commercial and industrial job sites + Pull, route, terminate, and secure fiber optic, COAX, Cat5, Cat6, and copper cabling + Support data center infrastructure and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), with an emphasis on fiber-based systems + Install cable tray, ladder rack, and support structures for power management and data systems + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications + Connect cabling to equipment while maintaining strict quality standards + Assist with general site operations, including clean-up, material handling, and equipment setup + Utilize lifts and access equipment to safely complete work at heights + Work with hand and power tools to measure, cut, install, and test systems
- What You Bring
- You're a skilled technician who takes pride in doing the job right and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
+ At least 3 years of true low voltage construction experience + Proven experience pulling and terminating fiber, COAX, copper, Cat5, and Cat6 cabling + Strong ability to read and follow blueprints and technical documentation + Experience installing cable tray, ladder racks, and structured cabling systems + Familiarity with BMS and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPM) + Experience working at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces + Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and termination tools + OSHA 10 certification (required before start) + Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
