About You:

We are looking for a Senior Security Installation Technician for the installation, programming, wire pulling and commissioning of new commercial security systems installations. Upon starting with LVC Companies, you will be required to be a member of

IBEW 640.

Compensation/Benefits:

Essential Functions:

The installation, programming, and commissioning of new commercial installations. Understanding of and ability to perform all aspects of the project from beginning to end. Lead a crew of up to10 technicians Ability to read and understand blueprints Attend weekly GC meetings Submit weekly project updates Wire panels, program, and troubleshoot of CCTV and Access Control systems Cut in door strikes, install mag locks, door operators, and security devices Upon starting with LVC Companies, you will be required to be a member of

IBEW 640.

Qualifications:

Manufacturer certifications in Lenel and/or Softwarehouse and Brivo. BICSI certification is highly desired Experience with and ability to cut in door strikes, install mag locks, door operators and security devices Strong understanding and ability to program cameras and security system panels 5+ years of hands-on experience with Lenel or Softwarehouse, as well as other CCTV and Access Control Systems. Knowledge of wire and installation hardware used with various security systems Experience reading, understanding and following industry and project specifications and drawings Experience in meeting all installation deadlines and demonstrate efficient use of manpower Ability to successfully communicate with customers and project team members Correctly complete and maintain all paperwork Full compliance with company's and customer's safety programs High School Diploma or equivalent LVC Companies, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
