Full Job Description Job Summary:
JD Home Rentals is currently looking for a dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing closed-circuit television systems to ensure the safety and security of our properties.
Duties:
  • Install and configure CCTV systems based on project requirements
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues with CCTV systems promptly
  • Collaborate with the management team to assess security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions
  • Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Provide training to staff on the proper use of CCTV systems
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in CCTV technology and security protocols
Skills:
  • Proficiency in alarm systems and installation
  • Experience with cabling and wiring installations
  • Competence in using hand tools and voltmeters for equipment installation
  • Knowledge of security systems and procedures
  • Previous experience as a service technician
  • Familiarity with IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) and NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
