Cable Puller

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cable Puller to support the installation of security systems in data center and casino environments. This role focuses on pulling, routing, and organizing low-voltage cabling for critical security infrastructure, including access control and surveillance systems. Candidates must be comfortable working in high-security, fast-paced environments with strict compliance standards. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Pull, route, and secure low-voltage cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, fiber optic, and composite security cables) Support installation of security systems including CCTV cameras, access control panels, badge readers, motion sensors, and intrusion detection systems Work within active data centers and casinos while adhering to strict security, safety, and operational protocols Follow cable pathways, rack elevations, and structured cabling standards Label, dress, and organize cables to meet project and data center requirements Assist with cable terminations and testing as directed by lead technicians Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and scope of work documents Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas Coordinate with other trades and team members to meet project timelines ________________________________________ Qualifications Experience in cable pulling, low-voltage work, or security system installations preferred Basic understanding of structured cabling and security system components Ability to pass background checks required for secure data center access Comfortable working in restricted, high-security environments Ability to use hand tools and cable installation equipment Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures ________________________________________ Preferred Skills Experience with CCTV, access control, or other electronic security systems Cable termination and testing experience OSHA 10 or other safety certifications ________________________________________ Work Environment Casino, data centers and mission-critical facilities Exposure to loud environments, ladders, and confined spaces

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
