Full Job Description Phone Installation Technicians Location:
Rosemead, CA & Pomona, CA Travel between sites required Project Overview The primary objective is to validate room readiness, identify observable issues, perform limited, low‑risk remediation, and create accurate incident tickets for escalation when required. This role is validation‑focused and does not include advanced troubleshooting, engineering, or solution design. Scope of Work Unmount phone brackets and secure phones Test phones post‑installation Track, report, and configure phones prior to installation Perform basic functional installation of conference room phones Maintain room‑level documentation and issue history Participate in coordination calls and provide status reporting as requested.
