Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated individuals looking to begin a career in low-voltage and structured cabling. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the installation and setup of communication systems in commercial environments. Technicians will work alongside experienced team members to learn industry best practices and develop technical skills.

Primary Duties:

Assist with installing data outlets and device connections in walls, floors, and workstations Pull and guide cabling through ceilings, walls, and pathways using standard tools Bundle, organize, and label wires prior to installation and termination Help secure cables using supports such as hooks, trays, and mounting hardware Contribute to setting up equipment rooms, including racks and panels Perform basic cable terminations under supervision Support grounding and fire safety procedures where required Read and follow job site diagrams and instructions Accurately complete daily reports and required documentation

Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications:

Zero to one year of experience in electrical work. Experience in construction, cabling, and cable termination testing. OSHA 10 certification. Ability to work with Cat 5, Cat 6, and Fiber Optic cables. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of the construction industry is preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassa, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
