About Us We design, install, and maintain advanced electrical systems. Our expertise spans traditional electrical contracting, security solutions, audio-visual integration, wireless networking, and building management systems. In this role, you will lead small to mid-size structured cabling projects, managing teams of up to eight technicians and ensuring high-quality installation of voice, data, and fiber optic systems. Responsibilities include installing, terminating, testing, and labeling CAT6/CAT6A and fiber cabling, as well as supporting access control, CCTV, and audiovisual systems. You will also interpret blueprints, install network infrastructure (racks, patch panels, MDF/IDF), and maintain a strong commitment to jobsite safety while working at heights. #miller #LI-JJ1 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead small to mid-size projects consisting of teams up to 8 technicians Pull, terminate, dress, and label
CAT6/CAT6A
cable Pull, terminate, dress, and label Fiber Optic cabling Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers) Punch down voice and data jacks Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc. Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights) Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts Install/support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems Qualifications 5+ years field commercial/industrial low voltage (Voice & Data) experience 5+ years field experience with structured cabling BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus 5+ years field experience in telecom/data networks Willingness to travel to job sites and work different shifts as needed Benefits Benefits are provided through the IBEW Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
