This isn't just a "job"—we are looking for individuals who want to master their craft and transition into Lead Tech, Field Supervisor, or Project Management roles as we expand. The Opportunity As a Level 2 Technician, you are the backbone of our field operations. You've moved past the apprentice stage and are ready to take ownership of complex installs. We provide the path; you provide the performance.

Key Responsibilities Installation & Integration:

Install, program, and terminate low-voltage systems including security alarms, CCTV (IP/Analog), access control, and structured cabling (Cat5e/6).

Technical Problem Solving:

Read and interpret blue prints and schematics to ensure precise hardware placement and wiring.

Quality Control:

Ensure all installations meet NEC standards and company quality benchmarks.

Mentorship:

Assist in training Level 1 technicians, preparing you for future Lead Tech responsibilities.

Client Relations:

Act as a professional face of the company, explaining system operations to end-users.

Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Alarm/Low Voltage installation (Required).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in cabling, device termination, and troubleshooting signal issues.

Certification:

Valid OSHA 10 (Preferred/Required).

Soft Skills:

Strong teamwork mentality and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Requirements:
